Jessica Hope

Jessica Hope is the founder and owner of MKE Yoga Social™, Milwaukee’s original yoga event company, dedicated to making yoga approachable, social and fun.

Her yoga journey began after undergoing a double cervical fusion in 2012. After exhausting countless treatment options for chronic pain, she found lasting relief through yoga. A few years later, a life-changing car accident forced her to reevaluate her career and ultimately inspired her to leave the corporate world to pursue yoga teacher training.

After becoming a certified yoga instructor, Jessica quickly realized many of her friends were interested in yoga but felt intimidated by traditional studio settings. In 2016, she began bringing yoga into local breweries, distilleries, parks and community spaces, creating welcoming experiences where movement and connection could happen naturally. What started with a handful of “Mind, Body + Mimosas” events has since grown into MKE Yoga Social™, offering everything from yoga socials and wellness experiences to goat yoga, beach yoga and community fundraisers throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

Jessica believes yoga is for every body and strives to create inclusive experiences where people can move, laugh, meet new friends and discover that wellness doesn’t have to feel intimidating. When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her exploring Milwaukee, supporting local businesses or bringing people together through meaningful community events.
